The first barrier of quality control is raw material screening and purification. All brass raw materials are high-purity lead-free recycled brass alloy. Professional component detection is carried out before warehousing to strictly control lead, cadmium and harmful heavy metal content. Impurity removal and homogenization treatment eliminate raw material defects, ensuring that each batch of handles has consistent antibacterial performance, hardness and corrosion resistance, avoiding quality differences caused by raw material instability.

In-process sampling inspection ensures zero defective products in mass production. During molding, polishing and surface finishing, multi-process random inspection is carried out, focusing on detecting dimensional accuracy, surface flatness, edge safety and finish uniformity. For standard hole spacing sizes commonly used in Nordic homes, 100% manual calibration is implemented to ensure perfect installation compatibility with mainstream Nordic cabinet systems such as IKEA.

Finished products undergo professional aging and durability tests, including salt spray corrosion test, 100,000 times opening and closing fatigue test, and high and low temperature resistance test adapting to Nordic cold climate.
